Yuan Chunqing (Chinese: 袁纯清; March 1952 -) is the former governor of Shanxi Province in the People's Republic of China, and the vice secretary of the Communist Party of China Shanxi committee.[1]
Yuan was born in Hanzhou, Hunan Province. He graduated from the department of law of Peking University, and obtained a masters degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law in 1990, as well as a doctoral degree in management from the international business school of Hunan University.
He has been an alternate member of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a full member of the 17th Central Committee.
